Jinoos, Practice Manager

Medical practice manager Jinoos

Jinoos is the practice manager at Bay Medical and Wellness Center. With strong leadership and organizational skills, she focuses on managing the day-to-day operations of the practice and interacting with patients to address their concerns.

Jinoos works collaboratively with her team to ensure the practice runs effectively and meets its objectives, with a primary goal of making sure our patients receive the best quality service.

Before joining Bay Medical and Wellness Center team, Jinoos worked as a Data Manager for the University of Maryland for over two years. During that time, she was responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating the department’s database, ensuring that current documentation was accurate. She provided support for special projects and assignments, conducted research, analyzed data, and summarized information and source materials for reports.

Prior to that, she was the Weight Management Program Director at Baltimore Sleep and Wellness Center, where she passionately worked with patients, helping them to achieve their goals.

Jinoos holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Food Industry from Azad University-Tehran, Iran. In addition, she is a certified Medical biller since 2018.

In her free time, Jinoos enjoys biking, skiing, and traveling with her family.

Amanda, Medical Assistant/ Lab Coordinator

Medical assistant and lab coordinator Amanda

Amanda has been a Medical Assistant for the last 18 years. She completed her medical assistant training at Fortis Institute of Towson in 2007. She specializes in primary care for all ages and infectious diseases, mainly HIV and Hepatitis C. Amanda loves being a medical assistant and being able to help others. She is an advocate and ally for the LGBTQIA++ community. Amanda believes that all persons deserve the best medical care regardless of age, race, gender, identity, or sexual orientation.

Amanda spent a few years of her career teaching other medical assistants and phlebotomists at Fortis Institute. This experience helped to shape and strengthen her medical skills and afforded her the opportunity to be able to provide better quality of care to patients.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys painting, journaling and being at the beach with her child and dog. “Family is very important and everyone you help to take care of should be treated like family”.

Melissa, Medical Receptionist/ Insurance Coordinator

Medical receptionist and insurance coordinator Melissa

Melissa is a dedicated healthcare professional with 8 months of experience in the medical field. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Medical Billing and Coding from Ultimate Medical Academy, beginning her studies in May 2019 and graduating in October 2020. She is HIPAA certified and highly skilled in medical terminology and coding. 

Melissa is passionate about helping patients navigate their healthcare needs and is committed to delivering compassionate, efficient support.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her three children. Whether they’re at the park, bowling, or enjoying amusement parks together, she loves creating fun and meaningful moments with her family.

Megan, Registered Nurse/ Infusion Center Coordinator/ Wellness coach

Registered nurse and infusion center coordinator Megan

Megan has been a Registered Nurse for more than 25 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Boston College. Megan’s nursing experience includes taking care of patients in the hospital after surgery. She worked in the ICU at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She also worked as an outpatient oncology nurse for Johns Hopkins for 13 years. 

For the past ten years Megan has focused personally and professionally on fitness and nutrition. During this time Megan has developed a passion for endurance sports, completing 5 Ironman Triathlons and 8 marathons. In 2022 Megan earned a certificate in nutrition for health care providers from Tufts University. 

Megan is married with two teenage children. She adores her family and is incredibly proud of each of them. Megan is excited to support others in their wellness journey at Bay Medical and Wellness Center.

Victoria, Esthetician

Esthetician Victoria

Victoria is a licensed esthetician with over three years of experience in the beauty industry. With a lifelong passion for beauty and skin health, she is certified in Dermalogica and highly skilled in advanced facial treatments, including Diamond Microdermabrasion, HydraFacials, Electric Muscle Stimulation, and Oxygen Therapy. Victoria takes a personalized approach, tailoring each treatment to her clients’ unique skin types and concerns to achieve optimal results. She is dedicated not only to enhancing skin health but also to helping clients build confidence and promote overall well-being through innovative, results-driven care.

Outside of her profession, Victoria enjoys discovering new places to explore, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time at home as a proud cat mom to her two cats.
