Dr. Zarrabi is a wonderful provider who takes his time with each patient and carefully listens to concerns and histories. I have never felt rushed at my appointments and they always run on time, which is a rarity in today’s healthcare environment. The ability to have tests completed and blood drawn at visits is an added convenience. The office is clean and well maintained with a welcoming staff who recognize returning patients. Dr. Zarrabi and his team are outstanding!

Dr. Zarrabi is excellent! He has great bedside manners and just makes you feel so comfortable! He treats you like family and I know I’m in great hands when it comes to my care!
Dr. Zarrabi is a truly amazing primary care doctor. He is extremely patient, kind, and attentive, and he really takes the time at every appointment to learn more about me as both a person and a patient: my history, my lifestyle, my health concerns, my personal priorities, and everything else along the way. He always gives me space to share my concerns and never makes me feel rushed or like my input is unimportant. He also makes it easy to reach out to him if I ever have any questions or concerns between appointments - he even made sure that I was able to contact him directly when I was on vacation in another country and unable to access the patient portal! Dr. Zarrabi is by far the best and most trustworthy doctor I've ever had and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Zarrabi has been helping manage my ADHD, I was diagnosed as an adult, and takes lots of time to listen to my concerns and explain options. He is very open to customizing my treatment and explaining bloodwork results.
When I first moved to MD, I was sick and in need of a new primary care doctor. I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Zarrabi, and am so thankful I was. I received timely care, and was treated as a person as well as a patient. As a patient needing immediate care, it’s also rare to find a doctor that can squeeze you into their schedule last-minute and still provide a thorough analysis. I can’t recommend him and the other staff enough!!! Kindest people you’ll ever meet.

I had been searching for a PCP for some time, when a friend recommended Dr. Zarrabi. I only wish he would have recommended him sooner!! This is what concierge medicine must feel like. No rushed visit. No stone left unturned. Dr. Zarrabi takes his time and gets to know you and your medical history which leads to a holistic (overused term, but the best description) medical approach. Do yourself a favor and make Dr. Zarrabi your PCP.
I have become Dr. Zarrabi’s patient since summer of 2024 and in our first visit, he did an extensive medical and physical and mental checkup (of me). I love his approach that he sees you as a whole human being which means your mental health and your physical health can impact on each other and can improve each other too and he makes sure he addresses both.He ordered comprehensive bold test for me and went above and beyond to address my numbers ( Blood sugar , both Cholesterols and lack of vitamin D) and for each he advised and we planned the best solutions that are sustainable for me and my lifestyle to tackle.I also am struggling with some ADHD manifestations of Anxiety, so it is very important for me to have a Doctor who cares about that aspect of health at the same time.Above everything else his personality and availability is amazing. He will make sure you have his phone number and will contact him anytime you have any questions or doubts about your medication or anything with your health.I highly recommend Dr. ZARRABI and Bay Medical and Wellness Center to anyone who likes to be treated with extra care and attention 🫶

He’s patient, knowledgeable, and an excellent doctor overall. My health has improved in such a short time. The staff, including his wife, is kind and friendly. They always greet you with a smile. Ive been seeing Dr. Zarrabi for about 7 months and couldnt be happier. I came in and he instantly wanted to know more about me on a personal level to be able to develop a plan that works for my personal and physical needs. Ive been able to successfully lose almost 50 pounds and counting but more importantly, i finally have answers to so many health concerns i had. On top of the answers, we have developed a plan that works for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle. In a world where the pharmaceutical companies just want your money, i found a doctor who i can trust and just wants whats in my best interest!
Dr. Zarrabi and the folks at Bay Medical are attentive to your every need. Dr. Zarrabi takes his time with his patients and really gets to understand their medical history. He takes time to answer every question and is not looking to push you through as quickly as possible. Let me share a quick story about the service. I was in Seattle and realized I forgot all my medication, the day before I was leaving for Alaska. I called Dr. Zarrabi, after hours. He immediately contacted the pharmacy closest to me and before 8 p.m. I had all my meds. That could never happen with a “doc-in-the-box”, or a big hospital based practice.I am happy to have Dr. Zarrabi as my doctor.

Dr.Zarrabi does a great job of answering questions and spending the appropriate amount of time with you. His staff does a great job as well. They can also handle obtaining blood needed for testing which is convenient.

He always spends adequate time with me, following up on every detail we discussed in previous sessions. He makes sure we are on the right track and that my health is improving every day. I’ve been looking for a new PCP, you won’t be disappointed. Very thorough and attentive, my first visit he took over an hour and asked lots of questions as well as listened to me!! Front desk staff was super nice. Very clean office.

He takes the time to get to know you and listen to you. The staff is lovely. He is helping me get me the right medications and is being very careful in treating me. I recently switched primary care to Dr Zarrabi based on a personal recommendation. And I am very happy I did. Dr. Zarrabi takes his time to speak with you, calmly and personally to truly understand what your whole picture looks like. His exams and blood work are the most thorough I have ever had. He will explain the what and why of treatments but won't push, you decide. It really is refreshing. The facility is clean and smells like a spa. If you want to be treated in a professional setting and made to feel welcomed yet taken care of, then you need to come meet Dr. Zarrabi.

Dr. Zarrabi listened to my concerns and helped me develop a plan of action that we were both comfortable with. Dr. Zarrabi takes his time to explain everything in detail so that the patient is well informed on their diagnosis/results. Dr. Zarrabi is a fantastic PCP. He has a holistic approach to his patients and instead of forcing a pre-determined method of treatment on anyone, he takes the time to understand his patients and their backgrounds. I was very happy to find him and will continue to come to him for as long as I can. He’s compassionate, open minded, and honest. I cannot say enough good things about him. His holistic approach is a unique quality that you don’t always find in a lot of MD doctors. Definitely recommend him.
Dr Zarrabi is incredible! It’s really almost too good to be true. I’ve NEVER felt so at ease with a doctor before. If you’re not going to this practice, you’re missing out. I would strongly suggest you go just for a consultation to see how good he is.
My mom went to Dr Zarrabi in the past and we periodically would check to see where he is. Once we saw he started his own practice, we called to get back to him. He is extremely thoughtful and personable and doesn’t believe in throwing medicine at a symptom but wants to treat the whole person. We cannot recommend him enough.

I was looking for a primary care doctor after moving to Towson and years of not having a PCP and I'm very glad my health insurance company directed me his way. Scheduling appointments with his office is a breeze, he offers many different ways to get in contact with him directly if you need him outside of a formal appointment, and he takes great care in explaining your test results to you in a way that demonstrates you're in good hands. I am truly looking forward to my next regular appointment with Dr. Zarrabi.
