Jinoos Zarrabi
Practice Manager
Jinoos is the practice manager at Bay Medical and Wellness Center. With strong leadership and organizational skills, she focuses on managing the day-to-day operations of the practice and interacting with patients to address their concerns.
In her free time, Jinoos enjoys biking, skiing, and traveling with her family.
Amanda Carter
Medical Assistant/Lab Coordinator
Amanda has been a medical assistant for the last 15 years. She completed her medical assistant training at Fortis Institute of Towson in 2007. She specializes in primary care for all ages and infectious diseases, mainly HIV and Hepatitis C. Amanda loves being a medical assistant and being able to help others. She is an advocate and ally for the LGBTQIA++ community. Amanda believes that all persons deserve the best medical care regardless of age, race, gender, identity, or sexual orientation.
Amanda spent a few years of her career teaching other medical assistants and phlebotomists at Fortis Institute. This experience helped to shape and strengthen her medical skills and afforded her the opportunity to be able to provide better quality of care to patients.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys painting, journaling and being at the beach with her child and dog. “Family is very important and everyone you help to take care of should be treated like family”.
Megan O’Toole
Registered Nurse/Infusion Coordinator
Megan has been a Registered Nurse for more than 25 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Boston College. Megan’s nursing experience includes taking care of patients in the hospital after surgery. She worked in the ICU at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She also worked as an outpatient oncology nurse for Johns Hopkins for 13 years.
For the past ten years Megan has focused personally and professionally on fitness and nutrition. During this time Megan has developed a passion for endurance sports, completing 5 Ironman Triathlons and 8 marathons. In 2022 Megan earned a certificate in nutrition for health care providers from Tufts University.
Megan is married with two teenage children. She adores her family and is incredibly proud of each of them. Megan is excited to support others in their wellness journey at Bay Medical and Wellness Center.
Shannia Manlucu
Certified Aesthetician
Shannia has five years of experience in the beauty industry. Before joining the team at Bay Medical and Wellness Center, she worked as a licensed esthetician for 3 years and known for her exceptional skills and dedication to excellence. Certified by Dermalogica, she specializes in medical-grade skincare products, offering treatments designed to enhance natural beauty and boost confidence.
Shannia’s expertise as a medical esthetician includes advanced facial services such as Diamond Microdermabrasion, Hydra-facials, Electric Muscle Stimulation, and Oxygen Therapy. She stays current with the latest beauty and wellness trends to ensure her clients receive effective and innovative treatments.
Passionate about esthetics, Shannia believes in the transformative power of skincare. She is committed to creating personalized experiences that rejuvenate the skin and empower clients to feel their best. In her free time, Shannia enjoys spending time with her dog and family.
Sean Conklin
Web Developer
Sean is a self-taught web developer that started learning how to code in 2007. He set out to build a guitar lesson website and that website is in business to this day.
Over the years, he’s worked with many agencies, publishers, and startups helping bring their company visions to life on the web.
Some of his skillsets include PHP, HTML5, SCSS, WordPress, phpMyAdmin, MySQL, AWS, Git, jQuery, Javascript, JSON, Shopify, Photoshop, Sony Vegas, After Effects and more.
In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, traveling, composing music, and spending time with his friends and family.
